Why Eduaify Exists

Greater Vancouver has no shortage of education consultants, and no shortage of tutoring centres — but very few that can meaningfully answer both 'which school should my child apply to?' and 'what does my child's academic profile actually look like right now?' at the same time.

Eduaify was built to close that gap. We share a teaching team with Borui Academy, giving us genuine insight into students' subject-level strengths and gaps. We also maintain a real-time admissions database tracking over 30 BC private schools — deadlines, spots, SSAT requirements, and open house schedules updated continuously.

This 'teaching meets admissions' model means our planning advice is supported by data, not just accumulated experience.

Our team comprises three distinct roles — planning, instruction, and client support — each focused on what they do best.

Senior Advisor

Owns the overall admissions strategy: school selection and positioning, timeline management, essay structure guidance, and cross-stream coordination. Brings hands-on private school and North American university admissions experience, backed by our real-time database and case history.

Subject Teaching Team

Covers core AP subjects and Science Fair disciplines (life sciences, physics, computing, and more). Responsibilities include subject diagnostics, research methodology guidance, and exam preparation. Shared with the Borui Academy teaching platform.

Client Success Coordinator

Handles day-to-day communication, progress reminders, and family Q&A — ensuring every family has timely, clear information and no critical deadline slips through.

Eduaify handles planning decisions; Borui Academy handles academic delivery.
