Eduaify's Deadline Alerts is a free email subscription: pick the BC independent schools you're following, leave an email address, and we send a reminder 30, 14, 7, 3, and 1 day before each school's application deadline. The dates come from this site's school tracker — crawled daily from each school's official admissions page and published only after an advisor reviews them — so if a school moves a deadline, your reminders move with it. Emails are bilingual and every one carries a one-click unsubscribe link. No account, no password, and no phone number required, and the address is never used for anything but these reminders. BC private school application season typically runs from September through January, and deadlines for different entry grades at the same school can differ by weeks — which is exactly where families lose a cycle.

How the reminders work
Five thresholds, escalating
One email at 30, 14, 7, 3, and 1 day out. The 30-day note buys you time to assemble materials; the 1-day note is the safety net.
Same data as the public tracker
Reminders use the dates published on /schools — crawled daily, human-reviewed. When a school changes its date, the reminder changes with it.

Unsubscribe any time
Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. It takes effect immediately, needs no login, and stops all future mail.

Do I need an account?
No. An email address and a consent checkbox — no password, no account, no phone number.
How many emails will I get?
At most five per subscribed school per application cycle (30, 14, 7, 3, and 1 day out). If a school hasn't published a deadline for the current cycle yet, it generates no reminders.
Will my address be used for anything else?
No. Subscription addresses are used only for deadline reminders — never sold, never merged into our enquiry pipeline, never used for marketing. Unsubscribing removes you entirely.
How accurate are the dates?
They come from each school's official admissions page, crawled daily and checked by an advisor before publishing, with a last-verified date on every row. Schools can still change them without notice — always confirm on the school's own site.
How do I change which schools I follow?
Submit the form again with the same email address. Your new selection replaces the old one.
